Thea Herold Same - same - but different

I invited my Irish guests to take part at a Viet Tai Chi exercise with the name "tam niem chieu".
Five movements are related to five letters: A – O – I – E- U. My teacher Mrs. Thang Nghiem told about the movement: You can learn it in five minutes to know how to do, You have to practise the rest of your
life to understand.

We did it. That's the sound, we are now. Practicised at Sunday, 19. th of august 2007, early afternoon in Berlin.
Very special thanks to Irene Murphy for doing the exercises with me and Mick O´Shea for recording.
